All Women’s Ministry at Ebenezer is a part of the AFLC WMF (Women’s Missionary Fellowship). Membership in the WMF is open to AFLC groups of women who are interested in furthering mission work. Women’s Ministry is organized into various teams to further the mission of Ebenezer. Any woman who would like to serve on these teams are welcome to participate. Volunteers are always needed in a variety of ways for each team and new members are always welcome!
Ebenezer WMF Teams are:
Hospitality Team - The goal of the Hospitality Team is to make others feel welcome. Current projects that the Hospitality Team are involved in are member birthday cards, greeters, welcome gifts for visitors and prayer partners for newborns.
Mission Team- The Mission Team meets at 2:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month for the WMF Bible Study and to focus on their monthly mission project.
Quilting Team - The Quilting Team makes the quilts that are given to high school seniors, babies who are baptized, Park River Bible Camp Quilt Auction and other places where quilts are needed.
Serving Teams - The Serving Teams work in the kitchen providing food for most of the functions and outreach events of Ebenezer. Some of these include funerals, the Harvest Festival, Confirmation and serving the potlucks. Teams are included on the following pages.
Spiritual Life Team - The goal of the Spiritual Life Team is to seek ways to encourage women in their faith by organizing such events as Bible studies, the Women’s Fall Retreat, Women’s Fellowship Evenings and other events as planned throughout the year.
